Mission
To empower under-represented individuals by providing legal services, and to encourage access to legal knowledge and active involvement in the judicial process for positive change.
Vision
Our vision is to provide access to the legal system by providing information, giving people a place where individuals can do research and prepare court documents, and offering referrals to other nonprofit organizations where appropriate. We are a community center aiming to provide affordable services to people who might otherwise struggle with the procedural details and legal knowledge often associated with the legal system. We hope to empower people so they learn to help themselves. We encourage our constituency to become active members in their community so that they too can help others with their legal needs.
